Dear Customer, we are pleased to inform you that the Legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30 June 2003 (“Personal Data Proptection Code”) ensures that personal data are processed by respecting data subjects’ rights. 1.he personal information provided by users who ask for hotel reservations or information (e-newsletters, recordings, etc..) on the website www.hotelfederico2.it are only used to meet their required. When expressly stated by the customer through the special box, personal data can be used to send commercial or informative messages.
2. Data will be processed electronically.
3. The conferment of personal data is compulsory to access our services. In any case you can choose not to receive commercial or informational messages (eg. Newsletters) by clicking on the appropriate box on the registration form. This choice can be changed at any point after the initial registration, in the section of the site reserved for users.
4. Data will be released only to those necessary to perform the requireded service.
