The hotel's restaurant offers a wide range of dishes: fresh seafood, char-grilled meat, and flambé specialties, local and seasonal cuisine. The restaurant's rooms can host up to 330 people although we can arrange banquets up to 400 guests in one single space. Our restaurant is therefore, the ideal location to celebrate your special moments, for your wedding in Jesi or for impeccable business lunches, during any period of the year. During winter time the room is warmed up through a bio ethanol fireplace, which delivers heat with no smoke or bad smells.

At la Rotonda restauSince May 2011, la Rotonda restaurant has indeed, chosen create within its own 22.000 m² garden, a vegetable garden to offer its customers only high end and fresh products. This project has indeed, the aim to guarantee the seasonality of the products, besides to make sure the products do not travel the world to our plates and do not go through any conservation and sophistication process.

Therefore one purpose only: going back to simplicity and get back quality, in the full respect of every single element, chosen with care to get the best result.
