A medical certificate for non-competitive activity and the purchase of a personal card for €5.00 (one-time fee) are mandatory.
The course will be activated upon reaching the minimum number of participants.
The water control lesson starts precisely from the control of the mind over the muscles and the exercises are aimed at building a robust body and a firm mind suitable for accomplishing every daily task with ease and perfection.
The water environment creates destabilization and resistance during the execution of movements, which is why mental control is important.
